At The Salted Pixie, community and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. As a sanctuary for our customers and the businesses that make up our vibrant community, we're excited to be shining a spotlight on five local businesses through our social media channels and website. It's our way of celebrating the diversity and talent within our community while fostering connections among our neighbors.

Welcome to April's Community Board and our special spotlight on this month's sponsor: Rooted In Nurture Postpartum Doula! Tammy provides postpartum Doula support in Scranton, PA and surrounding areas! A postpartum doula is a professional who helps families navigate the transition into life with a newborn. They provide non-medical, nonjudgmental, physical, emotional, and evidence-based informational support during the early days and weeks after birth, also known as the fourth trimester or postpartum period, which is typically the first twelve weeks after childbirth. This is a time of intense change for you, your body, and your family. You do not have to go at it alone. Every parent needs a village!
